This fall, JUSSIN convenes an invitation-only cohort of 25 social-sector leaders from the U.S. and Japan in Tokyo for a week of workshops, peer coaching, and knowledge exchange around the challenges both countries are facing down: aging populations, loneliness and declining social trust, and mounting pressure on the institutions holding communities together.
The week is built to go deep. Leaders arrive in Tokyo, spend two days immersed outside the city with leading Japanese social-impact organizations, then move into three days of best-in-class workshops, 1:1 coaching, and peer exchange including our second alumni gathering. They leave with relationships, frameworks, and questions worth carrying home.
